Suggestion:Staff Salary

I see other sites that finding staff members giving Staff Salaries
I suggest a Weekly salary of :
1500 Forum Cash For Global Mods
1000 Forum Cash For Support Mods
900 Forum Cash For Packagers
900 Forum Cash For Reviewers
800 Forum Cash For GFX Designers

I think the staff members also needing a salary so we can also avail the services that ETC offers ^^

Note:You can suggest a Higher/Lower salary for us staff ^^

700 Forum Cash For Global Mods >>> for everyday they always patrol each category, topics and sections
250 Forum Cash For Support Mods >>> this low for we don't always have any questions and problems from users
300 Forum Cash For Packagers >>> higher than support mods for they have to use they're own e-mails to register in many forums from they're customers and have to post the exactly what the customer ordered.
300 Forum Cash For Reviewers >>> higher than support mods for they have to work each forum review's, and have to register to the specific forum, to evaluate the appearance and contents of the said forum.
500 Forum Cash For GFX Designers >>> higher than reviewers, support mods and packgers for they made our site attractive that makes many people join our site.

However the salary of each staff can be lowered if there's a kind of problem with the staff,. but the range of deduction is about from 90-140 Forum Cash. In other words still we have to have a tax thingy..hehehe xD

Question: Is dual job affected with this rule? like a person is a support mod and a reviewer so his salary is 550 Forum Cash.. :D
